CHIPPENHAM, WILTSHIRE - UK (11th October 2019) – Peak-Ryzex, a globally recognised name in mobility solutions and integration, held its annual iNSIGHT expo on Thursday 3rd October 2019 at its UK headquarters in Chippenham, Wiltshire. iNSIGHT19, the ninth instalment in the event series, served as the biggest entry in the show’s history with a record number of delegates and the largest selection of exhibitors to date.

This year’s theme was ‘Staying Ahead of the Technology Curve’, and with that ethos in mind Peak-Ryzex gathered together the largest and most diverse selection of OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), ISVs (Independent Software Providers), distributors and suppliers from its ever-growing partner ecosystem. Honeywell served as headline partner for the expo, showcasing many of its latest rugged mobility hardware solutions for delegates on the day, as well as sponsoring the popular F1 VR Racing Simulator located in the Print Hub. Other key partners included Zebra Technologies, Extreme Networks, Loqus, Datalogic and new print-focused partner, OKI. Scansource and Ingram Micro also served as this year’s distribution partners.

Many brand new highlights made their debut at this year’s expo, including a Print Hub with representatives from some of the biggest and most innovative names in print & media, including Citizen, Epson, NiceLabel, SATO and key sponsor, OKI. The Print Hub also played host to two of the show’s exciting competitions, including an F1 VR Racing Simulator and a classic Scalextric track, and both proved hugely popular with delegates and staff alike. iNSIGHT attendees were also able to leverage the expertise found in the new POS Hub, hosted by distribution partner Scansource alongside Zebra and NCR, and discuss their cloud infrastructure needs in Scansource’s Cloud Services Clinic and much more.

The popular Break Out Sessions format from previous years made its return for iNSIGHT19, serving up a plethora of talks presented by specialists from across the industry. Sessions included insights into emerging trends in transport & logistics, the benefits of in-store banner printing for retail, the cross-industry application of intelligent labelling and many more. Stephen Godman, Software Sales Director at M-Netics was also on hand on present a talk on connecting brick & mortar stores with e-Commerce platforms via the power of M-Netics’ iM2 Retail software solution. For those that would like to revisit the content of these talks - or those that were unable to attend on the day - you can now download a copy of each presentation from the new iNSIGHT microsite.

“iNSIGHT19 was our biggest and most ambitious event yet, and I’m incredibly proud of the iNSIGHT Team for making the entire day such a success,” said Teresa Poole, Commercial Manager at Peak-Ryzex. “We’ve received lots of positive and encouraging feedback from both delegates and our partners who exhibited at the show, and we’re already putting plans in place for the next instalment of iNSIGHT in the new year.
