Peak-Ryzex Appoints James Spence As New Service Director For Its UK Operations
JAMES SPENCE JOINED THE MOBILITY SOLUTIONS PROVIDER AND INTEGRATOR IN OCTOBER 2019 TO LEAD ITS UK-BASED OPERATIONS
CHIPPENHAM, WILTSHIRE – UK (19th November 2019) – Peak-Ryzex, a globally recognised name in mobility solutions and integration, is pleased to announce the appointment of James Spence as its new Service Director in the United Kingdom. James is now leading operations for the UK side of the business, where he’ll be identifying and adopting new and improved processes to further enhance the quality of the customer experience.
James has over two decades of experience in operations-focused roles, specialising in process improvement and project management in myriad technology-driven settings. His previous roles include 17 years at Computacenter, where he was involved in high-level process and project management, and a recent stint at Muddy Boots Software, where he oversaw managed services, customer support and software development teams serving the ‘farm to fork’ food supply chain.

As the new Service Director, James will be overseeing multiple areas of the business, including Peak-Ryzex’s market-leading Managed Services. These teams include the Customer Support Centre (CSC), Solutions Configuration Centre, Technical Services and Supply Chain & Logistics.
