Peak-Ryzex will curate, customise & deliver the very best mobile technology into your organisation, but our support doesn’t stop there. Should any devices experience any technical faults that halt their ability to perform, Peak-Ryzex offers a variety of Exchange Services included as part of our in-house exchange programmes and through our many trusted OEM partners. Much like our Service Desk, our Exchange Services are tied to our market-leading Bronze, Silver & Gold packages and represent three tiers of tailored support:
Bronze Exchange
On Return – The device request will be raised, but the working replacement device will only be staged and shipped out upon receipt of the faulty hardware.
Silver Exchange
In Advance – If a faulty device is within the agreed cut-off time, Peak-Ryzex will stage and ship on the day of request for delivery the next working day. The faulty device will be collected at the point of delivery of the replacement.
Gold Exchange
Next Working Day Exchange (NWDE) – When a device is deemed faulty, you can contact the Peak-Ryzex Service Desk via phone or via a bespoke web portal to arrange for a timely replacement. You’ll then have 30 days to return the faulty device.

Alongside our in-house Exchange Services, Peak-Ryzex also offers several third-party exchange programmes through its trusted OEM partners. Provided in partnership with Zebra Technologies, these exchange offerings include:
Zebra Essential
Comprehensive Coverage – Zebra Technologies’ Zebra Essential program includes:
- Fix normal wear & tear and accidental damage
- 24/7 access to self-service tools
- Priority three-day depot repair turnaround time
Zebra Select
Comprehensive Coverage – Zebra Technologies’ Zebra Select program includes:
- Fix normal wear & tear and accidental damage
- Advanced Device Replacement via next-working day delivery if called logged before 11:00
- Upon reporting a malfunctioning device, Zebra will ship a ready-to-deploy replacement for next business day delivery
- 24/7 live-agent technical support
Zebra Fastrack
Comprehensive Coverage – Zebra Technologies’ Zebra Fastrack program includes:
- Fix normal wear & tear and accidental damage
- Advanced Device Replacement via next business day delivery if call before 15:30
- Upon reporting a malfunctioning device, Zebra will ship a ready-to-deploy replacement for next business day delivery
- 24/7 live-agent technical support
