As part of its diverse and multi-faceted Managed Services, Peak-Ryzex also provides a variety of comprehensive Repair Services to ensure any faulty or malfunctioning devices are identified, triaged and repaired to ensure they’re ready to redeploy into mobility infrastructure. Our enterprise Repair Services are here to support your organisation with an agreed SLA (service level agreement) in place to suit your unique repair needs.

Peak-Ryzex will repair a large array of hardware devices, including legacy products that have been deemed End of Service/End of Life by the OEM. These repairs are performed within a standard five working day SLA
Manufacturer repairs can be processed through Peak-Ryzex. We’ll manage the RMA (return merchandise authorisation), so you can ship your faulty device directly to the manufacturer for repair. If any staging is required post-repair, Peak-Ryzex will take care of this then ship the fixed and tested device direct to your organisation.
For those customers who experience faults with their printer hardware, our printer specialists will visit your site and triage and fix the problems so your business-critical processes can get back on track with the minimum of downtime. This service includes large desktop printers.
